You know i started animating when i was 13ish, matey what you wanna do is buy a sketch book, and some 2b pencils, they don't havto be fancy smancy art products just a sketch book and some 2b pencils.
Then draw, draw what you see on tv, draw what you see while your on the bus, on a plane, taking a crap.. lol you get my point, but just draw, everyday!......
Honestly it'll be the best thing you'l ever do. and you'll see your animation quality increase 10 fold =) and plus you'l be able to draw =) when you'r old enouth you can go to life drawing classes and that will make your art even better. if you can find a book called the natural way to draw by nicolaides BUY IT =) goodluck to ya
ps. iv got 2 tutorials on my blogspot =), and read from johnkstuff.blogspot.com (guy who made ren and stimpy)

You should make a vending machine, and make it talk to the people that use it throughout the day. Make it say funny things, make someone ask how to use it, and make it not return money. it may sound like a stupid idea but you should really consider it. Oh yeah, and make bags get stuck while they are fallin.
